Ingredients For Bacon Collard Greens
- 4 lb of collard greens
- 1 1b bacon, cut into strips
- 3 cups of chicken stock
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
