It is deep-fried and coated in a sauce to your liking. Some like a little more flavor than others. They can be for your family or fun game nights with family and friends. Who doesn't like appetizing food and good company?

Recipe For Tangy Buffalo Wings

How to Cook Tangy Buffalo Wings?

  • Cut the joint - removing the tip
  • add salt and fresh ground pepper
  • add a cup of flour
  • a teaspoon of chili powder.
  • a teaspoon of paprika
  • mix all ingredients and put wings in the refrigerator.
  • after 1 hour, fry wings in plenty of oil for about 10 minutes.

How To Make Buffalo Sauce

  • melt butter in another pan
  • add hot sauce
  • a pinch of sugar
  • freshly ground pepper
  • teaspoon of paprika
  • a teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • cornflour to thicken the sauce
  • add a little vinegar
Mix and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.


After wings are fried, pour them in another pan and add buffalo sauce over them. Mix well with a spoon.
