WebMD states,
"In a study published in the journal Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics in 2008, University of Georgia researchers found that inactive folks who normally complained of fatigue could increase energy by 20% while decreasing fatigue by as much as 65% by simply participating in regular, low-intensity exercise."

Two nutritious vitamins among a variety of other vitamins that are good for you in the correct amounts are:

1. Omega-3 fatty acids

Livestrong states,
"While an overall balanced, nutritious diet is important for improving energy and managing fatigue, certain nutrients deserve close attention, according to Aronson. Deficiencies of omega-3 fatty acids, B-vitamins, iron, vitamin D, zinc and magnesium may cause or worsen your symptoms. Fatty fish, such as salmon and mackerel, walnuts, flaxseed and canola oil provide omega-3 fatty acids."

Feasting on salmon can add luster to your complexion. It is a fish with one of the richest concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids.
