Have you ever heard the saying, "You are what you eat!" Eating nutritious foods is vital for maintaining a healthy and fit life. Make sure to even eat Healthy snacks after a workout. Don't go messing your hard work up, by eating unhealthy foods. Make your work count!

Don't forget to work on your flexibility -

Flexibility is imperative to our everyday life and health. Are you finding it more difficult to get up after reaching to pick something up off the floor?
